Privacy policy

2. Hosting

This website is delivered via Firebase Hosting by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you visit, the host processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, requested page, browser) to deliver the website securely. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable and secure operation). A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Request forms

If you use "Ask us to check the price" or "Request an appointment", we store the data you enter (e.g. email, phone if given, chosen practice, method, preferred time) in Google Cloud Firestore (data centre in the EU). We use it only to handle your request and reply to you, or to pass it on to the practice you chose. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (request at your initiative).

Please avoid entering health data that isn't needed for the request. If you voluntarily share information about your health (e.g. dental anxiety), we process it on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you give when submitting and can withdraw at any time by email.

Retention: we delete requests no later than 6 months after they are completed, unless legal obligations require otherwise.

4. Anonymous usage statistics

To understand which features are used, we store anonymous events (e.g. "laughing gas filter selected", page viewed, referring site as a domain). We use no cookies, no local storage, no device IDs, and we do not store IP addresses in these events. We cannot identify you from them. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Events are deleted after 90 days.

5. Photos from Google Maps

We load photos of the practices via the Google Maps Platform (Places API) by Google Ireland Limited. Your browser fetches the images directly from Google, so Google receives your IP address and technical browser data. We do not store the photos. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in showing the practices clearly). A transfer to the USA is possible; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 6. External links

Links to practice websites, booking portals or insurance comparisons open the provider's site, whose privacy policy then applies. Partner links are labelled; the provider may see that you came from our site.

7. Fonts

All fonts are loaded from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts is made.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), and to withdraw any consent given. An email to kimyerok@gmail.com is enough. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
